Verkeren new project is the band's indie-rock Barcelona Nanook. After five years of experience and after a niche in the local scene of Barcelona through the mystical halls of the city, sharing the stage with many nationally known artists, decided to put all the experience in this new musical.
VERKEREN aims to bring the tradition of the national indie-poprock sung in Castilian to electro-poprock sound more international. His songs range from dark moments that invite reflection and light pop explosion and dynamic incite more primitive dance, is what they called Rhapsody-Pop.
currently finalizing their first record in Grandma Studios with producer Stefano Maccarrone (Mendetz).
Verkeren are finalizing his album, but to whet your appetite we have two tracks from their bandcamp , it is "Citizens Advice" and "Without Theory." Very appetizing
this short introduction into his music, but we need more to satisfy our demanding ears and I have known.
